Jury Prize/Champ/AKtivate (“Producer”) is engaged in the production and exploitation of television and film productions. 

 

In this context, Producer reviews various outlines, treatments, stories and scripts. Such material may relate to

format, theme, characters, treatments and/or means of exploiting a production once completed. 

In order to avoid misunderstandings, Producer will not review or discuss ideas, scripts, treatments, formats or the like submitted to it on without first obtaining the agreement of the person submitting the material.
